Our Experience
Our staff of three has a combined 70 years experience in the areas of real estate law, drafting deeds, real estate and mortgage closings, title insurance, drafting wills, probate law, guardianships, estate planning, living wills, corporations, LLC’s, business law, natural resources law, and litigation and mediation in the areas of real estate law, wills and probate law and business law.
Our Location
We are located directly across the street from the Harris County, GA
Courthouse and believe that proximity to the courthouse is important for
efficient service to our clients.
Our Service Area
We represent clients on a regular basis in Harris, Muscogee, Troup, Meriwether, Talbot, Taylor, and Marion Counties. We occasionally represent clients on projects in other Georgia Counties as well. We have worked with attorneys and parties in many states, including Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arkansas, and Kentucky. We also occasionally work with attorneys and parties from Canada and Puerto Rico.
